Before your visit

Practical answers before the crew arrives.

Do I need to be home?

It depends on access. Outside-only work may not need you there if gates are open and pets are inside. Inside glass, and screens that only come out from inside, need someone home. Tell us when you request a quote and the office will confirm.

How should I prepare for the visit?

For roof and gutter work, make sure outdoor faucets are accessible (no need to leave the water running) and unlock the gates we’ll need. Moving vehicles away helps but isn’t required. For windows, the office confirms screen and indoor access. Read the four-step guide.

What affects the price?

Quotes are free and built around your property: how much there is to clean, how high and easy it is to reach, its condition, which parts you want cleaned, any extra buildings, and whether it is one visit or a regular schedule.

Can I set up a regular schedule?

Yes. Ask about regular window cleaning or annual gutter cleaning when you request a quote.
