Casey was great to work with! I asked if I could snap 4 cell phone photos of the exterior of our 3000sq ft home to get a quote. It worked beautifully, and he was back in touch with a price in less than an hour. We set the appointment, and Casey arrived on time and went right to work. We did a quick walk-through, then he began removing and cleaning our screens. He worked through the interior, sometimes needing a ladder, but always careful to leave everything cleaner than he found it. When finished with the interior he moved outside, and was even able to clean our 3rd story and attic windows. He dedicated a lot of care and attention to each window, and did a thorough post-check on his own to make sure every spot was removed. Great service! Casey is very organized and easy to work with. Not only were the gutters clean but he even cleared some branches off of my roof without being asked. During the service Casey noticed roofing issues and thankfully emailed me photos of them. Unfortunately he does not repair roofs but at least now I have photos to show a roofer. We highly recommend Casey! He is professional, prompt, respectful and takes great care with your home. We have an older home with many double-hung windows (with storms) and he cleaned all exceptionally well (even the ones under the deck!). Excellent professional, detailed cleaning. Our windows have never been cleaner. Casey carefully removed all screens, hand washed them, and cleaned within each window seal, as well as the ledges. He also hand squeegied them dry.

Casey was responsive to our request for a quote, offered a detail breakdown of costs so we could choose which services to go ahead with. He was professional, prompt, respectful. He showed up when he said he would and was done when he said he would be. The work was excellent, he even did a couple of things we didn't pay for, like scrapped off a bit of moss on the front steps (we only had him do the back patio), which was a nice thing to do! He cleaned the roof with a broom, which was kind of refreshing, since it gets a bit tedious to hear a leaf blower all day. The patio pressure washing was great, not a bit of moss left and no areas left untouched. We would definitely hire him again and would recommend his services to others. These days, it's hard to find someone this conscientious and attentive to detail!

Highly recommended! Our upper story windows hadn't been washed in many, many years and he was able to work miracles on the 65 year old glass. Plus he made our sills sparkle like they were freshly painted. We asked him to clean one small section of 2nd story gutter and he went the extra mile to do all of them - now THAT'S service!!
